Metaverse

The term Metaverse was originally coined by science fiction writer Neal Stephenson in his 1992 book Snow Crash. The Metaverse is a shared virtual space created by the intersection of virtually enhanced physical reality, virtual reality, virtual worlds, augmented reality, and the internet. What was once fiction is becoming a reality as the world’s largest brands pivot towards virtual worlds, virtual NFT art, and 1000s of different virtual cryptocurrency tokens.
