InterPlanetary File System (IPFS)

IPFS stands for “Interplanetary File System” and is an open-source, distributed, decentralized, peer-to-peer file storage system which uses hashes to identify files. IPFS has no single point of failure and can be used to store text, audio, image, and video files. One of the goals of IPFS is to create a more permanent web allowing for robust file storage perfect for websites, dApps, and NFT image and video assets.
