Axie Infinity is a video game built upon the Ethereum blockchain whereby players raise, fight, and trade in-game pets referred to as Axies. The game is now a multi-billion-dollar project with players around the world. There are two primary Ethereum ERC-20 tokens used within the Axie Infinity world: Axie Infinity Shards (AXS) and Smooth Love Potions (SLP).
